MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 177px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_KpRgsMieNWQ/SQBjOj_OvgI/AAAAAAAAANc/wJmubMJ2FeE/s200/logo+les+marc+%C3%A0+saint+couleur.GIF" border="0" /></a><br /><div align="center">Le comité les « Marc à Saint » existe depuis 2003. </div><br /><div align="center">C’est un comité qui regroupe en majeure partie de jeunes parents bénévoles de Saint-Marc et qui a pour but, non pas de remplacer les comités des fêtes existants, mais bien de les compléter et le cas échéant, de leur prêter mains fortes.</div><div align="center"><br />Avec la fermeture de notre école primaire, prirent fin également la plupart des animations pour nos enfants.</div><div align="center"><br />Le risque d’habiter désormais dans ce que l’on appelle communément un « village dortoir » commençait à se faire sentir.</div><div align="center"><br />Le comité des « Marc à Saint » a eu à cœur de ré-organiser des activités destinées aux enfants, mais propose également des animations où les Saint-Marcois pourront avoir l’occasion de se rencontrer, de se retrouver en plus des festivités existantes telles que la fête paroissiale annuelle, la kermesse, etc.</div><div align="center"><br />Notre comité n’est pas une ASBL mais une association de fait. Une assurance ponctuelle est souscrite à chaque manifestation par le comité et couvre l’entièreté de l’activité. Les Marc à Saint sont tenaces! C’est vrai que nous aurions dû vous le rappeler un peu plus tôt mais il n’est pas encore trop tard. Nous ne vous ferons pas, cette année, un bilan concernant le nombre de guirlandes de Noël toujours en augmentation. Alors, plus vite que de refaire de grandes théories sur l’enthousiasme sans cesse croissant de nos Saint Marcois, voici pour les nouveaux et pour ceux qui ne l’ont pas encore lu, l’objectif de cette action à long terme pour le bonheur de tous.<br /><br /><strong>Imaginez tout Saint-Marc éclairé de la même façon et d'une manière harmonieuse pendant toute la période des fêtes; ce bel ensemble, ponctué ça et là de petites touches de couleur plus personnelles, créant un climat particulièrement chaleureux entre voisins… Mais, est-ce possible, nous direz-vous ? La réponse est : "Bien sûr !" Ce genre de projet a déjà été couronné de succès dans de nombreux villages et hameaux. Et pour vous convaincre, voici les réponses aux questions qui ne manquent pas de se bousculer dans votre tête.<br /></strong><br /><strong>Comment cela se passe-t-il ?</strong></em></p><em><strong><p align="left"></strong>D'abord, soyons clairs ! Il s'agit d'une dépense pour chaque ménage. Mais cette dépense est limitée puisque le principe est de faire un achat groupé à une période de l'année où ce type de matériel est peu demandé. On obtient, de ce fait, un prix intéressant.<br />Ensuite, il s'agit de se mettre tous au même diapason afin d'obtenir l'harmonie souhaitée.<br /><br /><strong>Décorer quoi et comment ?</strong></p><strong><p align="left"></strong>A chaque immeuble, une guirlande blanche de type classique comme définie ci-dessous, est placée le long de la corniche (ou gouttière) du toit et le long d'une descente de toit jusqu'à environ 1 mètre du sol, ce qui constitue un minimum traçant ainsi le contour de la maison.<br />Bien sûr, ceux qui le désirent peuvent aller plus loin en soulignant les pentes de toits ou les arêtes de garages, toujours avec ce même type de guirlande blanche.<br />(Blanche car, tout en étant sobre, elle reste aussi en place toute l'année et elle ne se voit quasi pas !)<br />Ce qui n'empêche personne d'apporter une touche de couleur supplémentaire à la décoration de leur maison, en dehors de la guirlande. Un sapin ou un arbuste de couleur est souvent de très bon goût, mais ceci reste l'affaire de chacun et n'entre pas dans notre concept qui se limite au soulignement des maisons.<br />Le but est de mettre chaque maison en valeur, sans toutefois "tomber" dans le disparate ou le "Kitsch".<br />Certains d'entre vous ont cependant déjà décoré leur maison depuis bien longtemps et, il ne s'agit pas, bien évidemment, de leur demander de changer quoi que ce soit.
